- The display boards are 4 feet tall x 6 feet wide. You will be responsible for setting up (after 8:00 am) and taking down your own poster (after the dinner and awards).
- Judges will be viewing the posters following the Macgregor Lecture (5:30-7:00pm). Please be in attendance by your poster during this time to answer questions.
NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED, so please mark your calendars. There will be no second reminders sent out! (Note that your supervisor can send in your information if necessary)
